Christopher D. Caspary, Esq.

Attorney Caspary graduated with honors from The Ohio State University and attained a law degree from Cleveland State Law School. Attorney Caspary also obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Attorney Caspary has experience in handling business cases, Workers’ Compensation claims, personal injury and other liability claims, employment claims, and various other types of cases filed in state and federal court. Attorney Caspary has defended businesses and insurance companies and their insureds, and has also represented numerous plaintiffs who are asserting claims.

Courtroom Presence

Attorney Caspary is admitted in all Ohio courts and the Federal courts of Ohio. He is well-positioned to represent the needs of clients given that he previously worked as a Staff Attorney for a Common Pleas Court Judge in Cuyahoga County and has appeared in many courthouses throughout Ohio. Attorney Caspary has also personally tried cases to a jury or a judge on various occasions.
